These cloth Guiders were the most economical solution to guide your fabric during various fabric converting processess. Web edges sensing can be mechanically or sensor, these scanned feedback return to diaphragm or gearbox and it will pressure or release the nip roll. The web edges will be control by offset roller and nip pressure roller. These guiders were used in Pair (LH and RH) to center guide the web, it will be holding on guiding frame which is adjustable to different width webs.

AEW Selvede Uncurler were the most economical solution to remove curling from both edges of your fabric material during various feeding of fabric at stenter machine. Scroll rolls are wrinkle or curling removal rolls from web materials. It is widely used in textile processing, coating, and various type of roll converting machinery. It can be made from different materials like Ebonite, M.S, stainless steel, aluminum. For cloth processing machines ebonite or S.S. scroll rolls are used. These grooves "stretch" the web from the inside toward the edges, eliminating lengthwise wrinkles. Left Hand - Right Hand Grooving is applied to get maximum result.
